01 // BEFORE YOU TELL US ANYTHING
Every inquiry is confidential by default and read by the founder. If you prefer paper before conversation, we are glad to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement first — just ask. Nothing you send creates any obligation on either side.
02 // WHO SEES WHAT
Inquiries and uploaded files go into private storage accessible only to Jacomely, and are used only to assess your matter. Vendor registrations are never shared or sold. Detailed financials are only ever exchanged under a signed NDA.
03 // WHAT WE NEVER PUBLISH
No client deals, projects, or names appear on this site — no case studies, no testimonials, no logos. That is permanent policy, not a gap we intend to fill. We do not publish client work. Where a client has agreed, references can be discussed privately, under NDA.
04 // THE SITE ITSELF
This site uses no analytics tools and no advertising cookies. Forms are protected by a one-way-hashed rate limit that cannot identify you. We collect what you choose to send — nothing more. The formal policy: Privacy Policy.

Every engagement is governed by a written agreement, and every decision is documented as it is made. Discretion included.
