Jacomely LLC is an acquisition and management firm based in New York, operating across the United States. We represent clients buying, launching, and operating businesses, and we run a construction owner's representation practice.

We collect the information you choose to submit through the confidential inquiry form on this site: your name, email address, optional phone number, property location, project type, optional budget range, and the message you provide.

We also collect any files you upload in connection with an inquiry — such as drawings, photos, financials, or specifications — in the formats supported by the form. Basic technical data needed to operate and secure the site may be collected automatically.

If you register through our vendor network form, we collect the information you submit there: company name, contact name, trade and specialty, email, optional phone, coverage area, website or portfolio, licenses and certifications, notes, and any documents you upload — such as capability statements, certificates of insurance, or tax forms.

The information we collect is used solely to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, to administer any engagement that follows, and to communicate with you about your project.

Vendor information is used solely to evaluate your firm and to invite you to bid on projects — invitations to bid (ITBs) and requests for quotation (RFQs) — when a project matches your trade. We do not share or sell vendor data.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your information for advertising.

Uploaded files are stored in private storage accessible only to Jacomely. They are used only to assess your project and are retained only as long as needed for that inquiry or a related engagement.

Vendor documents are stored in the same private manner, accessible only to Jacomely, and retained only as long as your firm remains on file.

You may request deletion of your files and inquiry data at any time by writing to JACOMELY@PM.ME.

Our forms, database, file storage, and email notifications run on managed infrastructure providers acting on our behalf and bound to confidentiality. They store and transmit your information solely so we can operate this site.

If you book a consultation through the embedded scheduler, Calendly, Inc. processes the details you enter there under its own privacy policy.

This site uses no analytics tools and no advertising cookies. To protect our forms from abuse, our infrastructure may process a one-way hashed version of your IP address for rate limiting; it cannot be used to identify you. If analytics or similar tools are ever added, this section will be updated first.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at JACOMELY@PM.ME. We respond to all legitimate requests.

Jacomely operates from New York and processes data in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US. We honor access, correction, and deletion requests from all visitors regardless of location, including rights under applicable EU/UK data protection law and US state privacy laws.

All inquiries are confidential. We do not publish client projects, names, or addresses. We do not share the details of your project with anyone outside Jacomely without your permission.

Jacomely LLC provides business consulting, management, and construction owner's-representation services. It is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, law firm, or accounting firm, and nothing on this site constitutes an offer or solicitation of securities, or investment, legal, or tax advice. Where Jacomely invests alongside a client, it does so as principal, on terms defined in a written agreement for that engagement. The content of this site is general information; every engagement is governed by its written agreement.
